Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can try our products, and if they don’t meet your expectations, you may return them.
Please note that items showing clear signs of use cannot be exchanged, and the money-back guarantee will no longer apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
